Account Manager

About the Role

Reports to Account Director


The Account Manager is on the frontline of every assignment and is responsible for daily communications with our partners to ensure perfect alignment. Working across every department in our firm and ensuring each delivers at the highest level requires a thorough knowledge of the production process, ability to drive teams and an exceptional grasp of how to manage complexity. Some of the work may feel mundane at times, but at the critical moment, it’s the source of truth that can calm all waters.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the lead for each account, and directly manages an AAM
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the account
  • Is responsible for ensuring alignment between project management, account team, and client expectations
  • Works with production, media and creative to develop budgets, work plans and schedules
  • Reviews creative execution to ensure creative product remains on-strategy and adheres to client identity/corporate guidelines

Advertising Project Manager

About the Role

 

You have the steely nerves and foresight commonly found in air traffic control rooms. You’ll be bringing your skills to bear in a fast moving design firm while multiple deadlines, projects and personalities are careening towards you at lightning speed. You will be the one responsible for the successful flow of print and digital work between the creatives, editors, production gurus and account management types. You must take initiative, be proactive and ensure that projects are carried out on time and at the highest level of quality.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and updates production schedules based on input from the account team; supplies production with traffic instructions.
  • Works alongside creatives, account managers, editors and the production team to create compelling and beautiful content
  • Gains approval on copy decks, layouts, mechanicals, and story boards from all members of the team.
  • Tracks all projects and keeps production and account directors abreast of workload and day-to-day production work.

The ACD is a senior creative lead and art director at Godfrey Dadich Partners, responsible for concepting and directing integrated marketing content campaigns on behalf of GDP client partners.

This leader is a seasoned visual communicator and creative leader with 9+ years of experience working as an art director and manager—concepting, directing, pitching, and winning campaigns. Never hesitating to jump in with a writing partner and generate ideas, s/he is both a leader and a collaborator driving the creative process forward. Passionate about mentorship, s/he can bring together designers and art directors with a diverse set of backgrounds and skill sets ranging from advertising to editorial to digital. About the Role

The ACD, Digital is a senior design lead and advocate for user-centered design communication at Godfrey Dadich Partners. Never hesitating to roll up their sleeves and jump in, this leader is a seasoned visual communicator and creative leader with 7 to 9 years of experience working as a designer and manager in interactive, experiential, and/or advertising. Working closely with the strategy, creative, dev, and account teams, the ACD will manage and direct the team members responsible for designing digital experiences on behalf of GDP client partners.

 

While motivated by qualitative measures, the ACD will employ a data-driven methodology when directing work, collaborating with internal teams and the client to ensure project goals are not only met but exceeded. This person will work at all times to ensure the relevance, excellence, and originality of content and experiences designed for a range of outputs and platforms, from client-owned channels to mass media.

 

Projects will include comprehensive web designs and redesigns; strategy documentation; experiential, UX, and HI; advertising, including campaign- and event-specific digital experiences, advertising display, promotional, and social media; long- and short-form reported brand editorial, across web, app, and social media environments; motion graphics and editorial video; live event programming and creative; podcasts and digital audio formats; pitch decks and client keynotes; and GDP-owned editorial, case studies, and self-promotion. IT Manager

About the Role

Reports to Managing Director and Director of Production


The IT Manager will work closely with all departments to lead and manage networks and systems for the firm. These efforts will vary broadly—from maintenance of information resource integrity to network security, software licensing, and the health of hardware throughout the firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Computer/device provisioning and troubleshooting: macOS, iOS, tvOS, Windows 10, and macOS Server systems and related hardware in a creative production environment
  • Computer and mobile device management: Leverage JAMF Pro in auditing device inventory and security, updating deployments and policies

Media Planner

About the Role

Reports to the Associate Media Director

 

As a media planner for Godfrey Dadich, you are communicating with our partners on a daily basis along with interacting with internal stakeholders. As a full-service agency, we build what we buy. And we optimize what we track. So complete alignment between clients, media partners and our creative team is critical.

 

The right candidate will have traditional media experience, but must also possess a deep understanding of the entire digital landscape - including, but not limited to, display, social, and search. The last requirement; you’re fluent in analytic speak.


Responsibilities:

  • Create, plan, and execute large custom programs, helping to shape campaign media strategy across a variety of channels

  • Create and represent media recommendations, including new ideas, to both internal teams and clients alike

  • Collaborate with the internal strategy team and external clients to define KPIs to track campaign effectiveness and overall success; present plan optimizations to clients during analytics meetings or as needed

  • Manage day-to-day contact with clients; build close client connections (a more traditional account function), and provide broad and specific media answers, direction, POVs, and project updates as requested
