Account Director

About the Role

Reports to Managing Director

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple accounts and support the growth and health of each client and their business; build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients.
  • Accountable for maintaining client satisfaction and management of expectations while ensuring that the work is on strategy, on time, and on budget.
  • Partner with the business development team to seek out and develop new business opportunities with existing clients and with prospective clients.
  • Work with the internal teams to nurture their performance, skills and personal development to ensure that all campaigns are executed flawlessly from briefing to post-campaign reporting.
  • Inspire, motivate and mentor the team to manage clients professionally.

Account Manager

About the Role

Reports to Account Director


The Account Manager is on the frontline of every assignment and is responsible for daily communications with our partners to ensure perfect alignment. Working across every department in our firm and ensuring each delivers at the highest level requires a thorough knowledge of the production process, ability to drive teams and an exceptional grasp of how to manage complexity. Some of the work may feel mundane at times, but at the critical moment, it’s the source of truth that can calm all waters.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supports the lead for each account, and directly manages an AAM
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the account
  • Is responsible for ensuring alignment between project management, account team, and client expectations
  • Works with production, media and creative to develop budgets, work plans and schedules
  • Reviews creative execution to ensure creative product remains on-strategy and adheres to client identity/corporate guidelines
  • Accountable for the quality control of all assets

About the Role

Reports to Creative Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from concept to delivery across a wide range of formats: brand systems, web, social media, print, out-of-home, event, video, animation, etc.
  • Managing a project team (or three) across multiple goals and timelines to drive projects forward.
  • Translating business requirements into innovative and intuitive design solutions.
  • Skilled communication with the client. This role requires clearly conveying the intent of the work to our partners and building relationships with our clients.
  • Work closely with a team of designers, copywriters, account managers, strategists, and project managers to develop, refine, and elevate the creative.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience working in a design or advertising environment, with a majority of those years devoted to creating innovative campaigns and branding.
  • Experience in editorial design or production is a plus. Interest in exploring new territory in brand editorial is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of interaction design principles.
  • Experience directing motion and broadcast.
  • Proven facility using typography, imagery, grid systems, and color to develop compelling and conceptually strong design solutions at the highest aesthetic level.

IT Manager

About the Role

Reports to Managing Director and Director of Production


The IT Manager will work closely with all departments to lead and manage networks and systems for the firm. These efforts will vary broadly—from maintenance of information resource integrity to network security, software licensing, and the health of hardware throughout the firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Computer/device provisioning and troubleshooting: macOS, iOS, tvOS, Windows 10, and macOS Server systems and related hardware in a creative production environment
  • Computer and mobile device management: Leverage JAMF Pro in auditing device inventory and security, updating deployments and policies
  • End-user account and service administration: G Suite, Slack, Adobe Creative Cloud, Office 365, Dropbox, Font Management Software
  • 2D Output: Manage and maintain a fleet of HP, Epson, and Canon printers and software

Media Planner

About the Role

Reports to the Associate Media Director

 

As a media planner for Godfrey Dadich, you are communicating with our partners on a daily basis along with interacting with internal stakeholders. As a full-service agency, we build what we buy. And we optimize what we track. So complete alignment between clients, media partners and our creative team is critical.

 

The right candidate will have traditional media experience, but must also possess a deep understanding of the entire digital landscape - including, but not limited to, display, social, and search. The last requirement; you’re fluent in analytic speak.


Responsibilities:

  • Create, plan, and execute large custom programs, helping to shape campaign media strategy across a variety of channels

  • Create and represent media recommendations, including new ideas, to both internal teams and clients alike

  • Collaborate with the internal strategy team and external clients to define KPIs to track campaign effectiveness and overall success; present plan optimizations to clients during analytics meetings or as needed

  • Manage day-to-day contact with clients; build close client connections (a more traditional account function), and provide broad and specific media answers, direction, POVs, and project updates as requested

  • Keep up to date with the latest media trends, providing POVs when applicable

  • Work closely with and help inspire Creative teams to develop engaging content for our audiences
