Felipe leads the firm’s design practice and creative strategy across work for clients including the Bay Area Host Committee, Microsoft, and InterSystems. With more than 15 years of experience in creative direction, brand transformation, and multidisciplinary design, he has shaped high-impact storytelling for globally recognized companies.

Felipe’s career spans media, culture, technology, fashion, and the arts across North America and Latin America. At the Sundance Film Festival, he directed four annual rebrands that strengthened the festival’s identity and performance. At the Brooklyn Academy of Music, he repositioned the institution’s brand and content, driving significant growth in audience reach and new attendance. His work at Vice included internationally acclaimed branded content for Nike and Vans that resonated across global culture.

Born in Aguascalientes, Mexico, Felipe began his career as a touring musician and visual artist before entering design and advertising at Leo Burnett, 72andSunny, and Deutsch. His creative philosophy—rooted in thoughtful observation and the belief that design lives in the everyday—guides his approach to crafting thoughtful, resonant, human-centered narratives.
