Part people person, mostly process person, Kirsten has been project managing award-winning creative for the last eight years. With a background in design and a deep knowledge of goal-driven creative environments, Kirsten works across GDP’s editorial and design practices to establish and lead creative development processes for clients like Lyft, Nike, C3.ai, and IBM.
Beginning her career at Wieden+Kennedy and then Edelman, she learned the ropes of design and multi-platform campaign production for brands such as Starbucks, REI, PayPal, and Adobe, garnering her multiple Shorty Awards, an Addy, and an Art Directors Club Silver cube. Kirsten effectively balances the business needs of fast-paced, high-growth companies with the production intricacies of her design teams. Her positive attitude and whip-smart solutions provide an excellent bridge between the two and always make the impossible possible.
