“Thomas has an imaginative and entrepreneurial mind, hard-won wisdom of how to run teams, structure processes, motivate talent, and get things done—well. He has that elusive mix of grit and grace that makes for exceptional leadership,” added Dadich. “I've seen Thomas turn challenges into stepping stones, all while keeping his team motivated and focused. His return to GDP is a seminal moment for us.”
Previously Ellingson was a Partner at GDP, when he helped lead award-winning work for National Geographic and the first global campaign for Adyen, among many other contributions before leaving in 2018 to join Landor.
“I’m thrilled to be joining Godfrey Dadich Partners at this moment in the firm's history. The talent here is not just the world's best—but genuinely passionate—a rare combination cultivated under Scott’s exemplary leadership. I'm excited to contribute to a culture that values creativity, humanity, and innovation as its core principles. Together, we'll not only help this remarkable team flourish but also strengthen an environment where groundbreaking work is the norm.” Ellingson added.
Ellingson will oversee daily operations and be responsible for financial performance and growth, as well as for developing operational rigor, and creative excellence, all with attention and dedication to GDP’s culture.
