Head of Editorial, Partner
Rob grew up in the California desert near Death Valley. He now lives in Marin County, a change of scenery so head-snappingly beautiful and improbable, he generally takes it as proof we really are living in Elon Musk's computer simulation. Before joining Godfrey Dadich, Rob was the head of editorial at WIRED, where he oversaw the magazine, website, video operations, and live events. During his 13 years there, WIRED garnered 21 National Magazine Award nominations and won eight. His 2009 article “Why Things Fail” won the prestigious Gerald Loeb Award for Distinguished Business and Financial Journalism, and his piece "The Good Enough Revolution" was declared by The New York Times Magazine as one of the most important big ideas of the year. In his spare time, he co-curates the annual PopTech ideas conference in Camden, Maine. Just so you know, though, he'd still rather be in the mountains fly fishing.
