We are looking for an associate editor to join our editorial team. This person must have the tenacity and drive to find, research, and tell great stories. Ideally this person comes from a journalism background and is as comfortable interviewing high-profile subjects as they are shaping and tightening sentences and paragraphs. They must be able to write and edit on deadline, and should be prepared to help with every element of story creation, from finding topics to fact-checking the final draft. A can-do attitude, problem-solving skills, and an excitement to work in an all-new kind of company are musts.
We’re looking for someone hardworking, curious, and enthusiastic to support our president of entertainment, editorial director, and managing director. You’ll be at the center of all the action, helping to manage administrative duties, individual schedules, and office operations. The Godfrey Dadich executive assistant will work closely with the chief of staff to effectively support the team and run the show. If you’re an organized, optimistic, and thoughtful team player looking to join a close-knit and fun-loving shop, this role is for you.
Assistant Media Planner
As an assistant media planner for Godfrey Dadich, you are communicating with our partners on a daily basis and interacting with internal stakeholders. As a full-service agency, we build what we buy. And we optimize what we track. So complete alignment is critical. The right candidate will have prior media experience, but more importantly must possess a deep desire to learn about the entire digital landscape—including, but not limited to, display, social, and search.
We’re looking for a project manager to join our growing team. You must have the steely nerves and foresight usually found only in air traffic controllers. Here you’ll be bringing them to bear in a fast-moving shop. Multiple deadlines, projects, and personalities will careen towards you at the speed of lightning. You’ll be responsible for the flow of print and digital work between creatives, editors, production gurus, and account managers. You’ll take initiative, be proactive, and ensure that projects are carried out on time at the highest level of quality.
We are looking for a senior editor to join our editorial team. This person must have significant journalism experience, particularly in the creation of narrative feature stories. They must be able to write and edit on deadline, and should be prepared to help with every element of story creation—from finding topics to reporting and writing to aiding with display copy and packaging. They must also possess the ability to find and edit other great writers. A flexibility in format is a plus, as this person will also help with the creation of podcasts, film and television, and a variety of other media. Great interviewing skills, a strong sense of the business landscape, the ability to come up with ambitious story forms, and the capacity to lead a project team are all musts. This person should also be excited to be part of an all-new kind of editorial operation.
